Ingredients
- 1 kg of semolina or durum wheat semolina
- 1 cup (coffee) olive oil
- 700 mL of filtered water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Steps
Step 1: Place the semolina or semolina on a flat surface, leaving space in the middle for the other ingredients
Step 2: Add the salt, olive oil and add water little by little while mixing until the dough is consistent
Step 3: Knead the dough for 10 to 15 minutes using the palms of your hands until the dough becomes a little elastic
