• 1 cup (of tea) grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup (of tea) of chopped green apple
  • 1/2 cup (of tea) canned corn
  • 1/2 cup (of tea) of finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup (of tea) of chopped olives
  • 1 cup (of tea) of boiled potato cubes
  • 1 cup (of tea) of pea
  • 1/2 cup (of tea) of raisins
  • Optional: 1 cup (of tea) of shredded jackfruit meat
  • 1/2 cup (of tea) of vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 cup (of tea) of chopped parsley and chives
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste
  • Optional: Straw potato


  • Step 1: In a large bowl, place the grated carrot, chopped green apple, canned corn, finely chopped celery, chopped olive, boiled potato cubes, peas, raisins and java meat (optional)

  • Step 2: Season with the vegan mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, chopped parsley and chives and season with salt to taste

  • Step 3: Mix well, cover with plastic and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving

  • Step 4: Put it on a platter and serve with straw potatoes on top


  • 1: You can use shredded soy cream or shredded smoked tofu or cashew nuts in place of the jackfruit meat
