Ingredients
- 200 grams of hazelnut
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Steps
Step 1: Bake the hazelnuts for 10 minutes at 180 degrees
Step 2: Put them on a dish towel and rub them to peel
Step 3: Beat the hazelnuts in the processor until it turns into a paste
Step 4: Add the chocolate, sugar and water to the paste and beat again until well blended
Tips
1: You can replace the brown sugar with other sweetening options
2: The shelling process is just to remove the excess of the shells, there will still be a little bit left in some hazelnuts
3: When blending the hazelnuts in the processor, use a spoon to help mix in case the hazelnuts get stuck on the sides of the processor
