• 200 grams of hazelnut
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar


  • Step 1: Bake the hazelnuts for 10 minutes at 180 degrees

  • Step 2: Put them on a dish towel and rub them to peel

  • Step 3: Beat the hazelnuts in the processor until it turns into a paste

  • Step 4: Add the chocolate, sugar and water to the paste and beat again until well blended


  • 1: You can replace the brown sugar with other sweetening options

  • 2: The shelling process is just to remove the excess of the shells, there will still be a little bit left in some hazelnuts

  • 3: When blending the hazelnuts in the processor, use a spoon to help mix in case the hazelnuts get stuck on the sides of the processor
