Ingredients
- 500g of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of vegan red food coloring
- 5 apples
- 5 wooden skewers or ice cream sticks
Steps
Step 1: Mix the sugar, vinegar, and food coloring in a saucepan, heat over medium heat, and stir until it forms a thick syrup.
Step 2: Take the apples and spear them with wooden skewers or ice cream sticks, and then dip them in the syrup.
Step 3: Place them on a tray and let them cool.
Tips
1: If using wooden skewers, cut them to a manageable size, as the weight of the apple may cause them to break.
