• 250 g of cassava (cassava/cassava) cooked and mashed
  • 250 g of sweet or sour starch
  • 1/2 tbsp chia
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 75 ml olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • Water until the dough starts to come off your hands

  • Step 1: Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl

  • Step 2: Add the olive oil and mix until it becomes a farofa

  • Step 3: Add the cooked cassava and start working the dough incorporating all the ingredients

  • Step 4: Put water little by little until the dough starts to loosen from your hands

  • Step 5: Model the balls and distribute on a greased baking sheet

  • Step 6: Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees until the shell is firm

  • 1: If you are not going to eat everything right away, the ideal is to freeze the balls and bake them only when you are going to eat them. They are delicious right away, but the next day they start to get rubbery.
