Ingredients

  • 500 mL of water
  • 1 kg of wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 100 mL of oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 package of dry yeast

Steps

  • Step 1: Heat the water without letting it boil and place it in a dish with the sugar and oil, then mix

  • Step 2: Add the yeast and stop stirring for 10 minutes, covering with a kitchen towel

  • Step 3: Add a pinch of salt and add the flour little by little while stirring with a spoon until it becomes difficult to stir

  • Step 4: Sprinkle a flat surface with flour, place the dough and let it knead for 10 minutes

  • Step 5: Add flour until the dough stops sticking to your hands

  • Step 6: Divide the dough into 3 and roll each one out with a rolling pin. Then roll each part, place in a mold and bake at 240 degrees Celsius until golden
