Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 broccoli
- 3 potatoes
- 1 red pepper
- 2 carrots
- Sauce: 70 ml of olive oil (just over half a glass of tea)
- Sauce: 3 cloves of grated garlic

- Sauce: 1 tsp thyme
- Sauce: 1 tsp curry powder
- Sauce: 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Steps
Step 1: Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into bouquets
Step 2: Boil very briefly in boiling water
Step 3: Cut the potatoes and carrots into thin slices
Step 4: Cut the peppers lengthwise
Step 5: Put the vegetables on a baking sheet
Step 6: Mix the ingredients for the sauce and pour over the vegetables, mixing well
Step 7: Bake the vegetables in a preheated oven at 200 degrees can 30 to 40 minutes
Step 8: After about 20 minutes of cooking, turn and toss the vegetables once

1: You can replace the spices in the sauce with whatever you have at home
2: If you want, you can prepare the recipe without pre-boiling the cauliflower and broccoli
3: Serve with ricotta cream
