• 1 cup uncooked brown rice (or any other type of rice)
  • 1 cup chopped leeks
  • 1 cup chestnut cream
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: Black pepper powder or other spice to taste


  • Step 1: Cook the rice until soft

  • Step 2: When the rice is almost ready in a frying pan, or in another pan, heat the oil and brown the leeks, chopped into small pieces

  • Step 3: When the garlic is golden, add the chestnut cream, salt to taste and black pepper powder (optional) and stir everything, leave for 1 minute on the stove so that the cream absorbs the seasoning

  • Step 4: With the rice ready, drain the water and add the cream and garlic, stir well until the mixture is homogeneous
