Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked brown rice (or any other type of rice)
- 1 cup chopped leeks
- 1 cup chestnut cream
- Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Optional: Black pepper powder or other spice to taste
Steps
- Step 1: Cook the rice until soft 
- Step 2: When the rice is almost ready in a frying pan, or in another pan, heat the oil and brown the leeks, chopped into small pieces 
- Step 3: When the garlic is golden, add the chestnut cream, salt to taste and black pepper powder (optional) and stir everything, leave for 1 minute on the stove so that the cream absorbs the seasoning 
- Step 4: With the rice ready, drain the water and add the cream and garlic, stir well until the mixture is homogeneous 
Tips
- 1: Keep an eye on the rice not to burn at the end of the recipe
