Ingredients
- Gluten-free coxinha fit dough
- Jackfruit filling
- Cold water
- Frying oil
- Amaranth flakes for rolling or quinoa or rolled oats
Steps
Step 1: Model the dough to put the stuffing you prefer, closing with a pout at the end
Step 2: When you finish shaping the drumsticks, dip them in cold water and then in the amaranth flakes, or quinoa, or oat flakes
Step 3: Fry in hot oil or freeze for up to 3 months
Tips
1: If you can't shape it by hand (with olive oil), add a cup of rice flour until it works
2: If you find gluten-free breadcrumbs, you can use them instead of amaranth, quinoa or rolled oats before frying
