Ingredients
- Bread dough (1/4 of the recipe)
- Dairy-free dark or semisweet chocolate bar (preferably the 70% cocoa)
- Soy cream or vegetable milk in smaller quantities
- Sugar to taste
- Optional: Hazelnut
Steps
Step 1: Take a piece of dough and open it in a circular shape the size of your shape (which should also be round)
Step 2: Take another piece of dough and do the same thing, but don't put it in the mold
Step 3: Put the dark chocolate to melt in a bain-marie, when it is creamy, add the cream and sweeten (if you wish, add the hazelnut in pieces) - Mix well
Step 4: Spread some of the chocolate over the part of the dough that is open in the mold
Step 5: Place the open dough that was reserved gently on top on the tray
Step 6: Cut in the shape of pizza pieces
Step 7: Carefully, without squeezing the dough, twist the slices around one or two times
Step 8: Take to medium oven, preheated for approximately 20 minutes or until golden and completely baked.
Tips
1: When you're going to spread chocolate on the open dough, avoid getting too close to the edges so you don't get too dirty
2: For a nicer look, make two turns when twisting the dough instead of just one. Remember not to squeeze
3: The closed place for resting the dough can be inside the microwave
