Ingredients
- Oat flakes – 1 cup = 100g approximately
- Filtered water – 800 ml
Steps
Step 1: Add the oats and warm water to the blender. Let it sit for about five minutes
Step 2: Mix well until smooth
Step 3: With a clean, fine dish towel, or with a voile strainer, strain the milk
Tips
1: This milk lasts for about 3 days if well kept in the fridge
2: Use oat milk residue to make porridge or increase recipes for cakes, breads and cookies
