Ingredients
- 2 and a half cups (tea) of pressed oatmeal
- 1 cup (tea) of cashew and Brazil nuts
- 1 cup (tea) of wheat bran
- 2 cups (tea) of seeds (sesame, chia, linseed)
- 1 cup (tea) of wheat germ
- 1 spoon (coffee) of ground cinnamon
- 1 cup (tea) of honey (corn glucose)
- Half a cup (tea) of oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup (tea) of raisins
- Optional: Half a cup (tea) of dry coconut chips
- 2 cups (tea) of corn flakes
Steps
Step 1: Mix everything in a large bowl, except for the raisins and chestnuts
Step 2: Place evenly with a light layer on a baking sheet (if necessary, use two baking sheets)
Step 3: Place to bake at medium temperature until the oats are golden
Step 4: Add the raisins and chestnuts
Step 5: Wait to cool and reserve in a closed pot so it doesn't wither
Tips
1: You can combine this recipe with yogurt, fruit, ice cream, etc
2: You can use brown sugar, cocoa powder, or other dried fruits
