• 2 and a half cups (tea) of pressed oatmeal
  • 1 cup (tea) of cashew and Brazil nuts
  • 1 cup (tea) of wheat bran
  • 2 cups (tea) of seeds (sesame, chia, linseed)

  • 1 spoon (coffee) of ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup (tea) of honey (corn glucose)

  • 1 cup (tea) of raisins

  • 2 cups (tea) of corn flakes


  • Step 1: Mix everything in a large bowl, except for the raisins and chestnuts

  • Step 2: Place evenly with a light layer on a baking sheet (if necessary, use two baking sheets)

  • Step 3: Place to bake at medium temperature until the oats are golden

  • Step 4: Add the raisins and chestnuts
