Ingredients
- 2 and a half cups of white wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons of demerara sugar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 2 medium-sized bananas
- 1 cup soy milk or other plant-based milk at room temperature or until warm
Steps
Step 1: In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except the bananas
Step 2: Knead a lot until it comes off the hands, letting it rise for 1 hour
Step 3: Then, add the bananas, dividing them into 6 loaves
Step 4: Let them rise again on buttered baking sheets
Step 5: Bake in a medium, preheated oven until golden on top
Tips
1: If you have a lot of bread left over, cut it into slices and freeze it, then just heat it up again in the oven to always have fresh bread on hand
