Ingredients

  • 2 and a half cups of white wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons of demerara sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 1 cup soy milk or other plant-based milk at room temperature or until warm

Steps

  • Step 1: In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except the bananas

  • Step 2: Knead a lot until it comes off the hands, letting it rise for 1 hour

  • Step 3: Then, add the bananas, dividing them into 6 loaves

  • Step 4: Let them rise again on buttered baking sheets

  • Step 5: Bake in a medium, preheated oven until golden on top

Tips

  • 1: If you have a lot of bread left over, cut it into slices and freeze it, then just heat it up again in the oven to always have fresh bread on hand
