• 1 kg of semolina or durum wheat semolina
  • 1 cup (coffee) olive oil
  • 700 mL of filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt


  • Step 1: Place the semolina or semolina on a flat surface, leaving space in the middle for the other ingredients

  • Step 2: Add the salt, olive oil and add water little by little while mixing until the dough is consistent
