Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced frozen bananas
- 1 box of frozen strawberries
- 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
- 2 Brazil nuts
- Ice to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 1/3 cup of water
Steps
- Step 1: If you have time: soak the oats for 1 hour to make them softer 
- Step 2: In the blender, put the frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, oats, chestnuts, ice, sugar and water 
- Step 3: Beat the mixture well until it is very creamy 
Tips
- 1: You can use any banana (brata, ouro, nanica, etc) 
- 2: The ice helps make the smoothie creamier 
- 3: Optional: To decorate, you can spread strawberry jam or vegan chocolate on the sides of the glass 
- 4: Oats do not contain gluten, but it is not recommended for those with celiac disease, as they are usually planted with wheat
