• 1/2 avocado still in the skin
  • 1 very ripe banana
  • Sugar or cane molasses to sweeten the avocado – if necessary


  • Step 1: With the avocado still in its skin, use a fork to mash the pulp of the fruit, add molasses or sugar if necessary

  • Step 2: Peel and chop the banana into slices and arrange them over the mashed avocado
