Ingredients
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Half a tablespoon of chemical yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 3/4 cup of water
Steps
Step 1: Put the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla essence, chocolate, salt, oil and water in a bowl
Step 2: Stir the mixture until the mass is homogeneous
Step 3: Brush oil in a frying pan and place the dough, the recommendation is a ladle (of sauce) and a half of dough for each pancake
Step 4: Use low heat to bake the pancakes, keeping the skillet covered for 1 minute
Step 5: After baking one side of the pancake, turn it over and cover again, leaving it for another 1 minute
Step 6: Cook each side again for 1 more minute uncovered
Step 7: Repeat the process until you run out of dough
Tips
1: You can add orange or lemon zest to the dough
2: You can replace the chocolate with fruit
3: To make it even more delicious, melt chocolate and put it on top of the pancakes
4: Be careful when buying the chocolate, it must be vegan, read the label before buying
5: The dough is very sensitive, so be careful not to burn
